What I liked
Northern Star Scouting is an amazing organization to work for. The culture of the workplace focuses around values such as trustworthiness, loyalty, helpfulness, friendliness, courteousness, kindness, cheerfulness, and braveness. Furthermore, the organization as a whole fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion that makes it enriching to be a part of. They strive to lead youth to be healthy, contributing citizens and leaders in their families, communities and the world by striving to have a positive influence in the lives of 100% of the people they serve. Their mission is a rewarding one to be a part of.
