It is a small bank so I got to work on a lot of deals and interface with clients. I learned a lot and I think it is a great place to enter into the industry. The work-life balance was also really nice.
What I wish was different
I wish I got to work with a larger swath of the people at ODP. With that being said, I had projects with many people which was great.
Advice
Talk to everyone and be active about getting on projects. It will help!
