I enjoyed most of all the hands on experience that I was able to get, being shown how to do things and then given tasks to carry out on my own really allowed me to grow as I was not only learning by seeing but by doing.
What I wish was different
Truly I enjoyed my entire experience. I would have enjoyed a few more collaborative experiences to get to know more of the staff outside my department, but their nonetheless is great community at Olney.
Advice
It is alot of intense work, but you get out what you put in. And you can learn so much even in a short period of time. Being a carpentry apprentice is all physical labor so be prepared to really work.
