I got the opportunity to experience such leadership role, talk to students, guide new students in the Residence Hall, comply to any problem that the studentswere having, and satisfy the students’ needs.
What I wish was different
Housing benefits like personal room for Resident Advisors and other RA’s should communicate with each other.
Advice
Make sure to help the students on what they want, respond to any problems that the students have, and make sure all the students are safe in the environment.
