Oneida Golf & Country Club is looking for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational and management skills to manage the Recreation Facilities (pool and poolside restaurant). The position begins as early as March 1 through September 30, with the possibility of becoming a full time, year round position. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the Pool, Cabana (poolside restaurant), Tiki Bar and Tennis Facilities Create schedules for the pool and cabana staff Coordinate pool & tennis events Assist the Tennis Professionals with special events, tennis lesson programs, office responsibilities Attend to member and guest concerns Enforce the membership policies for use of the pool, cabana and tennis facilities Enforce rules for pool and cabana staff Facilitate training meetings to include training videos, training exercises Review operational processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency Create and facilitate training program for lifeguards, servers and bartenders Report to the General Manager on a daily basis Facilitate the rewards and recognition program among staff Assist with social media updates, email marketing and website design
