Onwentsia Club is located in Lake Forest, Illinois and was organized in November of 1895.
Today the Club's improved golf facilitates are augmented by the Racquets House with its two indoor tennis courts, three paddle courts, two international sized singles squash courts and two doubles courts. Tennis also has 11 outdoor courts. The current Clubhouse, designed by Harrie T. Lindeberg, was opened November 3, 1928, and continues to be upgraded, redecorated and restored without obscuring the original design. Members enjoy dining in the many rooms of the Clubhouse including the Dining Room, Grill Room, Living Room, Red Bar, and Blue Bar. Onwentsia prides itself on fine dining, hospitable service, and providing countless memories to generations of families.
