I learned so much about what it takes to book artists and what kind of work goes into running three venues.
What I wish was different
I wish we would have had a show at the Orpheum during the summer so I could have gotten to see more of the backstage work. Other than that, I would not change a thing.
Advice
Ask questions, and listen. Also, things typically do not go according to plan, so learn to be flexible.
