I think more than anything, the atmosphere at OS33 is incredible. With great piers, and even greater upper management, the transition to work from school was seamless.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been a bit more work alotted and planned for interns, but I understand that it is difficult to do that, especially at a smaller company.
Advice
Definitely ask about what projects you'd be doing to see if they interest you, or not
