I liked that I was intellectually challenged with every task I was given. Most of the tasks required that I used my own decision making skills to get the job done and I appreciated that. I also liked the family oriented work ethic within the company. Employees are there for one another and will lend a helping hand where it is needed.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had more time to work with Overaa. That way I could have made more connections within the company. I could have also gained more experience in the field with extra time.
Advice
Ask as many questions as you need to ask. Having questions for your mentor or supervisor about the project is crucial to your understanding and success as an intern or employee.
