Environmental Engineering Intern

May - August 2018 • Harrisburg, PA

What I liked

The work environment was very friendly and relaxed. I felt comfortable asking questions about things I didn't understand. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I wanted to learn about their daily jobs and what working as an engineer is like.

Advice

This internship was more focused on civil engineering rather than environmental engineering, but I still felt this internship was beneficial to applying what I am learning to a real world experience. So, even if a job isn't the exact description of your major it can still be relatable and helpful.
