What I liked
I was able to be with people who saw the world through eyes of intellect. The residents at Mosaic have learning disabilities, but I learned more from them than I often do in the classroom.
What I wish was different
I wish I felt more confident at first.
Advice
Go forward even when a new job is scary. Challenges are where growth happens.

The company has a very structured internship program.
What I wish was different
I wish the program had been paid because commuting to work every day and paying for rent was only possible with the help of my parents.
Advice
If you're interested in the talent management side of the film industry, this is the experience for you. I highly recommend this experience.
