I got plenty of hours and was able to learn the position rather quickly with no prior experience.

It was a great job, but it can easily become too much responsibility too fast if you dont commit to balancing your time equally. Give yourself some personal time.

I liked the new system that was put in place to try to make things run more smoothly.
What I wish was different
The scheduling was kind of annoying because they kept messing up the time off people needed and then didnt schedule me when I brought up a complaint about the situation.
Advice
I would say be open to everything and get out of your comfort zone. Challenge yourself so you can be able to grow. I used to work there before and never really pushed myself to do opening shifts or help out as much, and this time I did and now I am proud of myself that I did so.
