What I wish was different
I wish I had been assigned to different tasks. My experience was very construction-heavy, but I wish I had more opportunities to work on the financial side of the project.
Advice
Go into this with a strong curiosity to learn about the industry. There's so much to learn from the other employees, so ask them questions and don't be afraid to take initiative on your own tasks.
