What I liked

I like the environment at Paper Source. It's very inviting, bright, and my coworkers are all very kind. It gives employees the opportunity to engage in creative activities, to interact with customers and help them on their own creative endeavors. They are also very accommodating with your personal schedule. Due to this ,I am able to continue this job while attending college.

What I wish was different

If anything, I would ask for breaks to be twenty minutes instead of 15 on days where you work less than a 5 hour shift.

Advice

I would highly recommend finding a job at Paper Source! It's a lovely place to work, and there's always something to do, so it's never boring!

Fun team and friendly managers in a fast-paced, aesthetically-pleasing work environment.

What I wish was different

Any retail job can take a toll on you. Customer service can be difficult when managing the realities of the customer's experience with the recommended procedures from corporate. Everything that was frustrating wasn't unique to PS, but just part of a retail job.

Advice

Show up on time and be positive! Everyone that works there is friendly and there are a lot of other students (mostly from Lesley) you can get to know.
