What I liked
The company's mission and the people who run it are fantastic, and I was given ample opportunities to prove myself and earn increased autonomy. For a finance internship the hours were incredibly manageable (60hrs/week), and I never once did busy work. I learned a ton from people across all departments, and I really connected with my coworkers. The other interns were terrific as well, and I did not feel like it was a cutthroat environment at all.
