I really liked my fellow employees and getting to see how a water treatment plant operates behind the scenes. I liked going on sample collection as well as doing house stops.
What I wish was different
The lab atmosphere was pretty repetitive and got monotonous after a short time.
Advice
Ask to watch other people work when you have free time, you will learn a lot more about how the lab operates as well as hearing more interesting stories from other employees. Don’t be afraid to ask for something to do, everyone will appreciate you for it and you will get more actual hands on experience.
