What I liked

I liked having valuable hands-on experiences that helped me learn and improve my resume. I worked on so many different projects. Since it is a mid-sized company, I worked very closely with the HR Manager and the CEO. It was an awesome opportunity!

What I wish was different

I wish there had been a more structured program since the beginning, but I was the first HR intern, so it was understandable. I also started remotely and communication over the phone and through emails was a little difficult.

Advice

Get along with your supervisors. Their referrals can make the difference on getting or not the position you are applying for. Good luck!
