When you step into work all of your outside problems. Have to disappear for that short period of time there are people who are depending on you. People who are looking for you to lead. You can’t lead a team if your full of stress, anxiety, etc. Your team can also feel those emotions. Smile and always do your best!

Receiving tips allowed me to have spending money right away, and they provided me with many hours to work.

I would have appreciated less dependence on tips from customers, since many were unwilling to tip at a pizza place.

Pizza Delivery is a very easy job. You can listen to music while you work and the pay is decent.

Management wasn't great and health standards were low.

Advice

Delivery Driving is very easy, but is like taking a loan out of your car. You're mostly being payed to use your car. If you personally own your car, avoid this kind of work.

Food service definitely isn't for everyone, but if you like it, there really isn't any other job that is better to have in college that a restaurant where you can earn you own tips.
