What I liked
I loved the environment, people, and work that I was doing to make aging easier for older adults and their families.
What I wish was different
I wish I had gotten a byline for my writing, but it was published in company publications that did not require a writing credit.
Advice
Be personable and kind to everyone because we all work toward the same goal, and many of my story ideas and tasks came from others in the company.
