What I wish was different
The culture was not the right fit for me, though I know it was for many others. I believe that everyone involved would have benefited from hard deadlines and quotas.
Sales approaches and support could have been more nuanced.
Advice
If you are a self starter, who is comfortable reaching out to your warm market, and if you have a desire to further your knowledge of the securities industry (which is an option in this position) this may be a good fit for you. However, note that if you have not had a sales position before, it may be very offputting.
