I learned a lot about endowment management, financial operations and operational risk. I was fortunate enough to receive a full-time offer from PRINCO, to begin after graduation, though I am continuing to work part-time as an intern until then. I look forward to learning even more about investments and operations.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to be working in person sooner, but with COVID restrictions this was not possible.
Advice
Don't get frustrated if you don't understand something completely new to you. You were hired because your employer knew you were willing to learn, and they will teach you. Don't be afraid to ask questions along the way as well.
