Nothing, work timing is fair, pay is fair, nothing to complain about.

Advice

Personal networking may be taking the elevator to success, but gaining personal networking to get a job or internship is also very important. Personal networking works for any social class, as long as you work hard. Do not give up just because of your socioeconomic class. Keep working hard and strive for more success.
