I love working with individuals of different ethnic groups and backgrounds, solving their personal issues. This company offers many services for individuals, attorneys, and businesses. I enjoyed learning how to perform background checks, investigate employees for possible theft for a company, and proving or disproving infidelity in a divorce case. However, on non-busy days I enjoyed preparing case files, shredding uneccesarry files, drafting correspondence and memoranda, entering and updating information on the agency’s case management system.
What I wish was different
I wish the intern was longer than a month and three weeks
Advice
Being a Intern for a private investigator requires various of work and social skills. Also, being exposed to the court system will help a person understand the law & policies.
