What I liked

Procore had an unbeatable coaching program. The interns were provided with a wide variety of resources to help us succeed throughout the summer. We were provided with mentors, one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly workshops, and access to different learning platforms. The structure of the internship was very hands-on and provided real life application of different principles. We were able to see the tangible results of our work and how the impacted the company. The company culture is also one of a kind. Procore focuses on the wellness of employees through great benefits, company lunches and an open environment from the top down.

What I wish was different

The only thing I would've changed about this internship was more access to other departments. I interned in the sales department but was extremely interested in product management and data analytics.

What I liked

I absolutely loved the company's culture and office location. Everyone at the office was so friendly and willing to help. The company had bold goals but had a culture that empowered employees to reach those goals.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been a bit more intern events off campus.

It'll go by so quickly so absorb everything you can!

What I liked

The culture at Procore is amazing. Everyone here is super nice and willing to help you with whatever you may need. Not only that, but the internship learning and development program has improved since last summer. I learned a lot of useful professional skills here as well.
