What I liked

I was able to practice basic skills that I think are essential to any career such as guiding members over the phone, through email, and in-person. I was also allowed to utilize my creativity by designing promotional events and publications. My biggest project was designing a pocket-sized punch card to be utilized by all store members.

What I wish was different

I was given many opportunities, but occasionally it was too much. I had many tasks and projects going on at one time. The job is very fast-paced.

Advice

Remember that your primary obligation is providing excellent service to the members. The business is centered around member satisfaction.
