What I liked
One of the things that I enjoyed was being able to see all of the hospitals that ProMedica owns and seeing all the people who are involved in keeping the doors open. Although we were working in one department, we were still involved with other departments such as finance, operations and supply chain management and legal affairs to name a few. Working in these cross-functional teams made me realize that it is important to be able to work in teams and not be afraid to give your opinion on the matter. As someone who enjoys learning consistently, these cross-functional teams were critical to my internship experience.
