I learned a lot about the process of designing s product for industrial use and how to use a CAD software I was previously unfamiliar with. I learned about the inner workings of landfills. For the most part, I really liked the people I worked with.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been more structured. I was sometimes left with little or nothing to do and no one to give me instructions or tasks.
Advice
Ask lots of questions. The people I worked with were happy to explain how certain things work, but often didn't know what needed explaining and what didn't, because they had been in the industry a while.
