Would not recommend you take full time position within the firm. The base pay for any entry level is below industry average. The work environment can depend on who is your managing director. Some directors are nice and professional, while others can really ride you depending if they like you or not. Career growth is non existent after hitting senior analyst level, either someone resigns or they make you leave by not raising your wage.
