Working with my coworkers to accomplish tasks around the cemetery.
What I wish was different
Communication with the other team members wasn't great, people didn't know what they were supposed to be doing sometimes. There would be confusing instructions given, and it would be necessary to clarify.
Advice
Be thorough, if you're going to weed a garden bed, get those roots. If you don't, they'll grow back faster. If you're mowing between stones, don't rush it to get it over with because you'll have to go back and fix it. Take time to do things right.
