It is an amazing environment with awesome people in the office and a lot of variety of skills required to do the job. It changes on a daily basis and I have grown in many different skills and been able to have fun. Our events are a blast and I have a lot of fun while doing real adult work.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I wish there was a little more training but honestly you just have to learn as you go.
Advice
Know your stuff. Take any chance you have to develop new skills because any job like this takes a wide skill set. Be positive and be good at accepting and giving constructive criticism and just going with the flow. It's a lot of problem solving and quick thinking during events.
