I liked the interaction with the customers. Getting personal with people in my community was a rely rewarding experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could've learned more than just the customer service department.
Advice
My advice is to get involved. Go beyond what is expected of you. Volunteer when you can and learn everybody you work with. It will pay off.

What I liked

I wish I got to take on more responsibility. I was limited to just the front end of the store when I wish I could have learned more about each department
Advice
My advice is to get involved. Don't just do what is required but try and learn even more than you can. Volunteer to help and learn your coworkers and staff. It'll pay off.
