I love that it is research in my field of study which helps incoming freshmen in understanding difficult concepts.

I love the students I got to work with, and helping them navigate such a key part in their journey to college.

I honestly had a great experience this summer, and not really any complaints about the job itself.
Advice
You need to be very empathetic and compassionate for this position. You want the students you are working with to feel safe and heard around you. If you feel like you could accomplish that, then you should definitely apply.
