I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Not only did I get to take on the role of a marketer for the company, but I also had the opportunity to engage in sales by helping out at the vendor markets. The owner of PDP is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I learned so much from her graceful composure and kindness. Her attitude and work ethic are truly reflected in the stories she writes

I wish I had known my interns a bit more and collaborated with them.
Advice
I would share that this internship is 100% open space for clear communications and creative suggestions! C.M. Harris is very kind and considerate of any out-of-the-box ideas.

Marketing Assistant Intern
January - May 2024 • Long Beach, CA
What I liked
The environment was very welcoming and I was able to learn a lot due to the small nature of the company. The CEO is very knowledgeable and kind when providing feedback. Even though the majority of the workload was remote, I still felt very connected to the company because of the task management site which was very helpful. I was able to develop my skills in social media and content creation, improve my confidence in a work environment, establish strong communication skills, and improve my research skills.
