The staff is amazing and I love it so much that I have been returning for the last 4 summers going on 5. There is the change to have fun, interact with kids in a carefree, fun setting and meet new people from around the world.
What I wish was different
I wish I had applied earlier to try for a higher position. If I told them the position that I actually wanted then I would have had a better chance.
Advice
Be open to whatever experiences you witness and people you meet. There are people from around the world that are employed at Quinipet and each one brings something amazing to the table.
