Digital Marketing Intern

What I liked

I liked how the culture of the company was, and the atmosphere of the employees there. I enjoyed the creative aspect of my job, as well as the independence they gave me to complete my daily tasks. I enjoyed meeting with the entire marketing team weekly.

What I wish was different

I wish that they had involved me in more. I spend a lot of time idle, and asking for things to do. I would have liked to be more involved and learn about different roles in the company.

Advice

I would say get involved in the company! It is a tight-knit group of people, with a unique company culture. It is a growing company so get excited about it and enjoy the perks of being a non-traditional company.
