I loved the freedom and trust they gave their interns. The internship provided the perfect amount of guidance but did not overstep/micromanage. They trusted us to complete the work correctly and with our own flare.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more if an in-person experience. It was a majority remote internship, and I had wish I taken more opportunities in the office. However, I did experience a video-shoot towards the end which was in-person (and amazing!!)
Advice
Do not be afraid to take the reins. They hired you for a reason and trust you to produce quality work. Have the confidence to do what you KNOW how to do.
