This job is quite a challenge but I enjoy it because of that. I also love the coworkers that I get to work alongside, and the adolescents I get to work with. Every shift is different.

Advice
This job is not for the squeamish. There is aggression, personal care, clients who have self-injurious behavior. It is a lot, but if you are up for it, it is rewarding.

What I liked
This job allowed me to gain experience in working with the ASD population which was beneficial to my occupational therapy degree.
What I wish was different
The job is awesome, there is just a little bit of disorganization within the company.
Advice
You have to be a very patient person who loves children and it would help to be familiar with Autsim and ABA therapy
