I enjoyed how ReVision gave me the opportunities to learn about the technical aspects of solar energy by being a part of site visits and observing a residential install. It was also great to be a part of a company that is tightly bonded between one another and that all the employees share the same goals of dedicating all their time to benefit the environment.

Advice
The Center for Social Innovation and Enterprise is a great UNH program for students to find a job where they have the ability to create major social or environmental changes in the community . There are potential jobs for all majors and the companies partnering with this program all share similar values in working towards benefiting the people and the planet. These companies give students an idea of a potential company they would wish to pursue as a career.

What I liked
ReVision Energy had an amazing atmosphere. Working for a B-Corp surrounded me with people who had positive energy and were excited to work in an industry that helps the environment.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to go out on a site visit, and actually see a solar installation in person.
Advice
Working at a for-profit environmental company may make you forget to maintain respect for the environment in everything you do.
