The time passed very fast in each store because I was moving around a lot. I could also talk to other employees. There were a variety of stores that I worked in, so the experience was slightly different each time.
What I wish was different
The hours were very early or very late, sometimes I wouldn't get home until 2 a.m.
Advice
Take advantage of any of the employee benefits or advancement programs- I did the "Fast Track" training process which enabled me to move up in rank and in pay level within a few weeks.

What I liked
We were minimally supervised but expected to complete the section we were assigned. This helped me to improve my skills as an individual and solve any problems myself before finding a supervisor.

I wish we were given more assignments.

What I liked
I was given a very flexible schedule. I was allowed to take time off for the month of July, when I studied abroad in Spain.
What I wish was different
I was sent to many large stores, each taking many hours. In one instance, I worked at a JCPenney, which was supposed to take 5 hours. But instead it took 14. I wish I had been given a few more small stores.
Advice
If you're going to work for this company, use the schedule wisely. Request time off well in advance.

IT IS USUALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAS A LOT OF AVAILABILITY AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET PLENTY OF SLEEP!!!
