Right At Home cares for their clients and employees. They are fairly flexible with hours, since you can choose what hours you are available. It is rewarding if you enjoy helping seniors.

I wish they had a bit more training.
Advice
Working as a CNA is challenging and can be draining, but it can also be rewarding because you are directly helping people. Be prepared to have some weeks where there will be lots of open shifts and other weeks where there is almost none.
