I really enjoyed the hands-on experience and responsibility they gave us. We worked on real clients from day 1. The work atmosphere was really enjoyable to work in as well, everyone was super helpful and available whenever I had questions. Lastly, every Friday was professional development training and that was a lot of fun and informational. I learned all sorts of things about professional behavior.
What I wish was different
I wished we got more audit experience. I only had one week of audit and seven weeks of tax, so I wished I had a little more of a balance.
Advice
Be intentional in building relationships with other interns and everyone else at the office. You guys all play for the same team.
