I liked that I had responsibility assigned to me that actually had the potential to help the company in a positive way. Also I got to work as well as attend the Food Service PMA Convention.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have had a little more to do in my less busy time so that I could have been working to my full potential.
Advice
Don't be afraid to speak up and suggest new ideas. Everyone comprehends and thinks about situations in different ways and you might be able to provide a view that was not before thought of.
