What I liked
I loved that while I had set shifts I could pick up shifts that other people didn't want so I could choose when I wanted to work more without difficulty. Also, as long as someone picks up your shift, there is no penalty for giving up shifts.

What I liked
Very flexible with the student schedule. Learning so many new things about not only the nature of sport management but also with the social and digital side of marketing these sports and the university as a whole. The staff is also very open to sharing ideas and thoughts!
