What I liked

RMR is honestly the best! You work at a purely inbound call center where you help participants on balance checks, claims, insurance questions (COBRA) and common problems. Working in a chill call center with snacks and lots of down time. People are very helpful and friendly. Great job and perfect for a college student.

What I wish was different

I liked a lot about this job. Somethings I wish would change were in some technological issues that would appear for many participants. This would get frustrating at times when we had unknown bugs/errors on the app or website that we used, not to mention it would take long times to get things fixed. This can lead to confused/frustrated participants.

Advice

Just apply, the job is great, not very difficult work environment, lots of good people. The only "busy" season is during the end of the year and it's not even that bad. Summers are the best :)
