I was provided with my own booth and my own equipment and I was free to work independently. I also could work as much overtime as I wanted so I worked 60 hour weeks the whole summer.
What I wish was different
Actually nothing.
Advice
I just took the plunge and applied, I had very minimal experience in welding but they still hired me. My advice would be to just apply for the job and go into the interview confident but honest about your skillset.
