What I liked

Being able to get hands on experience through this internship was very rewarding. I got to learn so much about the bioscience industry and specifically how supply chain employees operate within it. The team I worked with was incredible and I have many mentors from this experience.

What I wish was different

Nothing, I was very grateful for all the learning experience at this company.

Advice

I would definitely say that being flexible and open to all experiences is important. Working at a newer startup company, I had to adapt to any new roles that needed to be filled in the operations center as my internship progressed, so being able to quickly change gear and work on multiple projects at a time is important.
