“This was my second internship in a Human Resources role but this one at Roswell was incomparable. I loved how the HR team has around 40 employees who all work together to achieve one goal. The team culture is something I have always wanted in a job. I really enjoyed how welcoming everyone was and how willing they were to teach and mentor me. I loved how hands on my internship is and how much trust my bosses have in me. I especially liked how often we had team meetings. But the one thing that keeps me smiling is knowing what we do in Human Resources all relates back to our pateints with the goal to keep them safe and hire the best employees possible to treat them with nothing but amazing care. ”
