I have liked the way that Rotational Molding of Utah has worked with me and my schedule. I have worked there for almost 11 months now and I have enjoyed their assistance in helping me through school. If I work full-time there, they do a 50% tuition reimbursement as long as I maintain a 2.8 GPA. This assistance has helped me greatly to pay for school and to save extra money as well. I have seen improved policies that have made it a better place to work. Management tries to make things more efficient and to help us reach the production goals each week.
What I wish was different
One thing that I wish was different is the aspect of employee feedback and suggestions. My coworkers and I have some suggestions as to what could be improved and what additional tools we need to perform our job more efficiently. Our suggestions typically aren't taken into account and I think that we have a lot to contribute to producing a better and more efficient system.
Advice
I would recommend working there. The management is supremely kind and great to work with. I have further developed my discipline and have become a harder worker as a result of having this job. The job provides plenty of opportunities for raises and, if you are a hard worker, promotions as well. The work is manual labor and has helped me to focus on performing the job with good form and procedures so as to take good care of my body. This job has provided me with important knowledge and will serve me throughout the rest of my life as I continue my career path.
