What I liked
I learned about the importance of customer service in the food industry. I liked that my job involved me interacting with the customers and I got to meet new people as well. Getting to know the regulars was a fun experience.
What I wish was different
I just wish that my location in particular was not as understaffed. It put a lot of pressure on the GSAs, including myself, and we would have to work long hours.
Advice
If you're going into job in food, or customer service in general, you have to learn how to handle stress and be able to multitask efficiently.
