Hours were flexible, they were willing to work with my schedule. People who worked there were nice and understanding.

What I wish was different

I wish there was more done to help us learn the scripts that we used for our calls. Maybe offer more time or provide further tests.

Make sure you understand the scripts and remain calm when you are on call.

I enjoyed interacting with alumni and feeling like I was contributing to my University.

What I wish was different

I would have enjoyed to work there longer. The session was only for the Summer.
